"I've had this office as my insurance for over 20 years. I requested changes to my policy in October of 2025. I agreed to the new quote on Nov 2 2025. This should have taken affect in October of 2025 but apparently someone dropped the ball and It's Jan 2026 and I am still be charged the same amount. When I call, they tell me the case manager is on another call, and send me to his manager who tries to convince me that I don't need to change my policy. I have never spoke to Brad so, for those of you that have, you are fortunate. Anyway, the manager says "he's submitted to the refund but it takes 10 - 14 days for the new updates to my auto insurance policy. I never thought a company would resort to stall tactics and poor customer service. My policy still has not changed or modified as of today, and I am still waiting on refund. I received a statement showing I would still be charged the same amount. I am definitely disappointed and not staying"
