"Great Company I changed my home and auto insurance months ago to Bradley Cooper State Farm. Recently I had to change my payment method do to an attempted hack on my banking account, I called and set up another payment method, a couple people in the office attempted to correct the issue but dealing with State Farm it wasn’t resolved. I called and spoke to Kelly she took the information ran it through assuring me she would follow it through. Payment went through without a glitch and received a phone call letting me know payment was processed. She is great and an asset to the team. Ken Roark"
